HRIS Analyst - Human Resources

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for processing personnel actions including salary adjustments, position changes, status changes and benefits changes within the City’s HRIS system.   This position is also responsible for developing and updating reports and queries to meet organizational needs.  The HRIS Analyst works collaboratively with other staff to recommend process improvements, provide end-user training and implement system updates.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business Administration or related field. A combination of education and experience may be substituted for the degree. At least two years’ HRIS experience; preferably in a human resources environment.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid analytical skills and a solid attention to detail.

Annual entry rate of pay:  $20.87 - $22.17 per hour, DOQ
